1. If we match you with a lender, we will do so within 72 hours of the completion of your application. Core Merchants’ technology is built on years of experience. We have top partnerships and can quickly match you to the lender that best fits your needs, saving you both time and money.
2. We will treat you with courtesy and respect. We recruit, train, develop, and retain committed professionals with high integrity, intelligence, and experience. Our Account Representatives and Account Managers will conduct themselves in a professional manner, communicating their knowledge to you clearly and proactively.

For most requests, we will respond the same business day, and for all requests, we will respond within 24 hours on weekdays and 72 hours on weekends.
