In 2019, he learned that some credit card processors don’t do things right. They charge businesses high fees and crazy bogus line items. Tom set out to do things different and give better service with more savings while being a company that could be counted on.

Recommendations for Tools to Help you Succeed Faster

In today's fast-paced business world, entrepreneurs and business owners are always looking for ways to streamline their operations, stay organized, and effectively communicate with their clients and teams. Thankfully, technology has provided us with a plethora of tools to help us achieve these goals. In this blog post, we'll take a look at the top 3 apps that are widely used by business owners and entrepreneurs - Constant Contact, Squarespace, and Trello. These apps have proven to be game-changers for small and large businesses alike, providing easy-to-use solutions for email marketing, website building, and project management. Let's dive in and explore how these apps can help take your business to the next level.

1. For Organziation & Project Management I Recommend…

Business Task Organization: Trello

Trello is the best tool for organization.  The free version of the app allows you to create most of what you need.  With the free version, you create an account on their website, where you are given a board to put your tasks. On that board you make columns so that you can move your tasks over to different stages of completion. It’s great for sales leads. To track your leads, specifically where you are with them.

2. For Email Marketing I Recommend…

For Email and Social Media Marketing: Constant Contact

After reviewing all of what the internet has to offer in terms of marketing we’ve found that Constant Contact is the best available. What we liked most about Constant Contact was the ability to create really user friendly email templates. Their templates were very good and very easy to create.  Included in the price of your account is the ability to automate posts to social media. So you can schedule a months worth of posts  to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter all within one marketing tool.

For seventy bucks a month you get the ability to email 2,500 contacts an unlimited amount and the ability to post to all social media platforms.

It’s really a no brainer for us and no other platform came close.

Other websites and companies we reviewed: Sender, Sendgrid, Mailchimp, and Mailerlite.

3. For Building A Splash Website I Recommend…

For Website Building of Services and Restaurants: Squarespace

Really no other way to build websites than Squarespace for beginniners.  Yes, there is also Wix and Wordpress, but these are more trouble than they are worth.  The interface on Wix where you build the website is confusing and breaks down on mobile.  You have to actually sit and fix a mobile version in addition to the PC version of the website.  Then with Wordpress it is really difficult to get the hang of.  And with Wordpress you have to pay for extra apps that are not included.  With Squarespace, they give you a free year of a business gmail account. It’s easy to upgrade to an ecommerce from a regular blog of webpage, and their website builder is responsive and easy to get the hang of.  It’s a no brainer.

For Website Building of Ecommerce: Shopify

This belongs to Shopify. Unless you are in love with a template on Squarespace just go ahead with a Shopify site. They are fun to use and offer a lot in terms of setting your catalog of items with easy uploading.
